Guest Waiver and Text Message Consent
Every guest completes a short digital waiver before their Sonoma Wine Rides tour. After booking, each guest receives a personal link to our guest portal, where they sign. This page shows exactly what guests see and agree to, including how they opt in to text messages.
What guests enter
First name, last name, email, mobile phone number, date of birth, and a digital signature. The phone field shows this note: "Used for tour logistics for your booking."
The Waiver
By submitting this waiver, I acknowledge that wine tasting tours involve the consumption of alcohol and I accept full personal responsibility for my level of consumption. I agree to conduct myself in a safe and respectful manner throughout the tour.
I release Jason's Wine Tours LLC, its officers, drivers, and affiliated wineries from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation in this tour, except in cases of gross negligence.
Sanitation & Cleaning Fee: A fee of $250.00 will be charged to the booking credit card on file in the event that any guest causes the need for professional vehicle sanitation. This charge is non-negotiable.
I confirm that I am 21 years of age or older and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Tours operate rain or shine. No refunds are issued for weather-related concerns once the tour has commenced.
