Private tours are priced at $120.00 per hour plus $48.50 per person. Most tours run 5–6 hours. For example, a group of 4 on a 5-hour tour comes to approximately $794 plus booking fee. Tasting fees at wineries are paid separately and typically range from $20–$35 per person. For elevated experiences, and higher end wineries tasting fees can exceed $100 per person.
Your guest count is confirmed two weeks prior to your tour date, at which time final payment is due. Should you wish to add guests after confirmation, we're happy to accommodate
additional travelers subject to winery availability, with the per-person rate applied to each added guest. Gratuities are
appreciated and at your discretion.
How long do private wine tours last?
Most private tours run 5–6 hours, but the schedule is flexible. Some groups prefer a shorter 5-hour
afternoon, while others extend to a full-day experience. We'll help you plan a timeline that works for your
group's pace and interests.
Can we choose which wineries to visit?
Absolutely. If you have specific wineries in mind, we'll build the route around your selections and help
coordinate reservations. If you'd rather leave it to us, we'll recommend wineries based on your wine
preferences, group size, and the region you'd like to explore.
Is lunch included on private tours?
Lunch is not included in the tour price, but we have several options to keep your group well fed. You can
add our curated charcuterie boxes at $17.99 per person — a perfect pairing for a day of wine tasting.
Other options include stopping at a winery with on-site food service, making a reservation at a local
restaurant, or packing a picnic. We're happy to recommend great spots along your route.
What is the cancellation policy for private tours?
Our cancellation policy is based on how far in advance you cancel before your scheduled tour date:
• 14+ days before your tour — full refund
• 7–14 days before — 50% refund
• 2–7 days before — 25% refund
• Less than 2 days before — non-refundable
All cancellation windows are based on the tour start time.
How far in advance should I book a private tour?

season — typically late summer through fall harvest (August through October) — booking even further
