Sonoma Wine Rides and Sonoma Wine Tours are operated by Jason's Wine Tours LLC (the "Company," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Guest Waiver Information: When you complete a guest waiver, we collect your name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, dietary notes, and signature, along with any consent choices you make on the form.
Mobile Device Information: We collect device identifiers and location data (if enabled) to improve pickup logistics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to fulfill reservations, screen for fraud and risk, and provide you with marketing communications (only if you consent). We also use aggregate analytics to improve our Site and tour offerings.
3. SMS Communications and Two-Way Messaging
Consent: Text messages are sent only to guests who opt in on our guest waiver form by checking the text message box. Opting in is optional, and consent is not a condition of booking or purchase.
Message Content: Messages cover your booked tour only, including your waiver link, pickup details, tour-day messages, and a post-tour message.
Frequency: We send no more than a few messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply.
Two-Way Messaging: You may reply to any text to communicate directly with our team about your tour.
Opt-Out and Help: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@sonomawinerides.com.
Privacy Guarantee: We do not share your mobile number or text opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Sharing Your Personal Information
We share your information with trusted third-party service providers to facilitate our business, including:
Bokun (TripAdvisor): Our booking engine.
Stripe: Our secure payment processor.
Google Analytics: To understand how guests use our Site.
Meta and Google Ads: For targeted advertising.
We may also share information to comply with applicable laws or protect our legal rights. This does not include your mobile number or text opt-in data, which is never shared as described in Section 3.
